The Service Provider does not use user-provided audio content or derived text to identify users, create profiles, or for advertising purposes.

Some of these third-party services may act as data processors for advertising and attribution purposes when tracking permission is granted by the user.
While the Service Provider does not directly control the data handling practices of these third-party services, the Service Provider selects providers that adhere to applicable data protection standards.

The Application may request permission to track your activity across apps and websites owned by other companies, as described in Apple's AppTrackingTransparency framework.
If you grant permission, the Service Provider may use this information for advertising and attribution purposes, such as measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Tracking data is used only in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies. You may choose to allow or deny tracking at any time through your device settings. If you deny permission, the Application will not use tracking for advertising and attribution purposes.

You can stop all information collection by the Application by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process available on your device or through the mobile application marketplace.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly use the Application to solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will take reasonable steps to remove such information from its systems within a reasonable period of time.
